Listing concierge helping residential home sellers achieve shorter time on market and a higher return on investment by making strategic cosmetic improvements.

My experience as a listing concierge for the past three years allowed me the opportunity to impact more than 150 homes for the purposes of selling residential real estate. I worked alongside knowledgeable and experienced real estate agents to recommend strategic cosmetic improvements to increase the value of the homes to be sold. I created and presented custom project scopes with finish selections and pricing. Services included fresh interior painting throughout, flooring replacement, new carpet, luxury vinyl tiling, hardwood floor refinishing, stone countertop replacement, stainless steel appliance packages, tile refinishing, updated modern lighting and plumbing fixtures, landscaping, deep interior cleaning and professional strategic staging.

After a custom project scope is approved, I would manage all the projects from start to finish including vendor sourcing and scheduling, product sourcing and ordering, project walks, daily project updates and effectively communicated between all parties to meet project deadlines and deliver high quality results in a timely manner.
